Believe the call comes from Total Card Visa, Comes in 4-6 times a day, sometimes till 10 pm. I don't have an account with Total Card. There must be some way to stop these people along with unknown name/unknown number calls. I am a member of the Do Not Call List, which is just about worthless.Why do they have all the rights and we have none?

I have received several from this number, but I didn't answer them. when I called back, their recorded message saying if I did not want to continue to receive special offers, to press 1 to be removed from their calling list.

this person has called numerous of times and also threaten to harm to me i have the message on my recorder with the name and phone number i want this reported to the fbi for investagation because this is serious and i am afraid for safety.

Got a call from this number left voice message that a person associated with my phone number and claim was involving someone else and me and that I should return their call. When I returned their call it went straight to voice messaging. I have never met the person that they said that I was involved with.
